Deal flow
How CorpXchange works
Buyers and sellers move through one guided process: verified listing, secure deal room, signed documents, Escrow.com payment, and final transfer.
1. Browse or list
Buyers browse reviewed South African company listings.
Sellers create listings with the documents needed for review.
2. Sign deal documents
If the seller requires an NDA, the buyer signs it before the Letter of Intent.
Both buyer and seller complete the Letter of Intent, then both complete the Asset Purchase Agreement.
3. Move through escrow
Escrow starts only after the Asset Purchase Agreement is signed by both parties.
Escrow.com handles the purchase funds while the transfer is completed and accepted.
4. Complete transfer
Company documents and agreed assets unlock according to the signed documents.
The deal closes after transfer confirmation and buyer acceptance.
